Today I'm showing you Exótica from Catrice Colibri Collection that Miminhos gave me after hearing me complaining that I wanted it sooo much for ages! Thank you my friend!

Hoje trago-vos o lindissimo Exótica da Colecção Colibri da Catrice que a minha querida amiga e colega blogger Miminhos me ofereceu depois de me ouvir queixar que o queriaaa e que não o via em lado nenhum!! Obrigada lindona! Quem não conhece o blog dela é favor ir cuscar aqui! Vão adorar! Prometo!!

Sobre o verniz:

This is Exótica, a gorgeous Orange polish from Catrice with a very discrete pink shimmer and a medium-high pigmented formula that covers the nail with 2 coats. The brush is great, as all Catrice brushes are, wide and flat making application very easy. Lasted two days and then it chipped on a couple nails... so.. I removed it (very easily) and used it again! Yess!! I really loved it and wore it twice in a row!! I wanted it soooo much!!
 All the shine is from the polish as not top coat was used for this pictures. 

All pictures were taken without topcoat unless stated otherwise. 

Este verniz tem um tom lindissimo de laranja com um discreto shimmer cor de rosa. Tem um brilho lindissimo natural, todas as fotos foram tiradas A fórmula tem uma pigmentação média-alta  que cobre a unha em 2 camadas. O pincél é longo, macio e achatado como todos os pincéis da Catrice sendo a aplicação bastante fácil. Durou dois dias e depois lascou em algumas unhas. Removi-o (sem qualquer problema) e apliquei de novo!! SIm usei-o duas vezes seguidas! Queria-o tanto! Adorei adorei usar!! 

Todas as fotos foram tiradas sem flash excepto quando mencionado.

I did some simple stamping with Catrice - 800 Heavy metallilac and ended up with a tip with the same polish. Truth be said, I ended up loving it more on its simple version. I'm pretty sure you will agree with me!

Fiz uns carimbitos com o Catrice 800 Heavy Metalilac e uma ponta francesa com a mesma cor no dedo anelar. Verdade seja dita acabei por gostar mais da versão simples da coisa, tenho a certeza que vão concordar comigo!

Today I'm gonna show you this galaxy nails I've done a couple weeks ago and I totally forgot to show you!

I saw in a Portuguese Facebook group that the weekly challenge was doing galaxy nails and decided to do it too. 

I usually don't participate in this callenges because I get bored of having to do something that I dont feel like.. I guess its like cooking..I need to feel like doing a course or a cake or it wont be right!

Hoje vou-vos mostrar umas unhas galácticas que fiz há uns tempos. Num grupo de facebook a que pertenço algumas meninas fazem desafios semanais com temas específicos e eu nunca custumo participar. Não é por mal.. mas normalmente os meus desejos para as unhas nunca correspondem aos temas e para mim, arranjar as unhas e decora-las vai por inspiração e não obrigação /dever.. mas naquela semana , realmente apeteceu-me fazer umas galáxias, que era o tema da semana.. Acabei por me esquecer destas fotos.. aqui ficam elas!

Catrice I Wear my Sunglasses at Night

Hi my lovely readers!

As I promised a while ago here is the comparison between Catrice - I wear my sunglasses at night and Essence Color3!  - Ticket to the Show!

Here it is!

Olá leitores!!

Como havia prometido há uns tempos, eis a comparação entre o Essence Color3! -Ticket to the show e o Catrice - I wear my sunglasses at night!

Essence Color3!  - Ticket to the show

All nails have Catrice except for the ring finger nail where I have Essence. You can see detailed review on Essence- Ticket to the show here.

Todas as unhas têm o Catrice excepto a do dedo anelar que tem o essence. Podem ver a review do essence aqui.

My Conclusions:

I do see a slightly difference between the glitters from both  polishes but they are both so dark than you need to be very still looking at both to notice that Catrice has like 5% more glitters than essence. So I totally needed to get the Catrice (thanks Dulce!)

This Catrice took me two coats to reach full opacity and dried super fast! Whoowo! 

PS: I heard/read that this polish would be bumpy and hards to the touch after dry.. well I didn't agree 100% but with a good topcoat its perfect (Used Purple Super Dry).

As minhas conclusões:

De facto vejo uma diferença de 5% entre os glitters do catrice ( mais intensos) e os do Essence. No entanto, ambos os vernizes são tão escuros que é preciso ter olho e paciência para notar a diferença. Em conclusão, claro que precisava do Catrice ( Obrigado Dulce!!).

Este Catrice "gastou" duas camadas para opacidade total e secou super rápido!
PS: Ouvi dizer / leia-se 'li' que o verniz deixava um acabamento rugoso e áspero.. não posso concordar a 100%, não é assim tão aspero e também não é nada que um bom topcoat não resolva. Usei o Purple Super Dry.
