Kinetics Matte Effect Collection - Swatches and review

The new Kinetics Nails Systems nail polish collection is a matte effect collection. This means that all the polishes dry matte, without shine. If you want to revert this, because you really love the color, just apply a top coat. However, the collection is suposed to be matte.. so...

Well.. all the polishes are quite easy to apply, the formula is a bit on the thick side, but this is a common characteristic on matte polish formulas. All polishes took 2 to 3 thin coats. Overall drying time is very fast, less than 5. The polish applies shinny but dries matte, so you can see when it's done.

A nova colecção de vernizes regulares da Kinetics Nails Systems é uma colecção Efeito Matte. Uma colecção efeito matte, sem brilho. Para quem quer um efeito contraste, basta aplicar top coat e fica brilhante. 

Todos os vernizes desta colecão são fáceis de aplicar, a fórmula é um pouco espessa mas aplica-se bem em camadas finas. Todas as cores foram aplicadas em 2 ou 3 camadas finas. O tempo de secagem não ultrapassa os 5 minutos. O verniz quando é aplicado parece brilhante mas ao secar fica matte.

Yes Love - Color Speckled Collection - II [Complete swatches]

Hello ladies, remember the Yes Love Speckled post I made a while ago here? This is the Color Speckled collection, the 2nd speckled collection by Yes Love. This one was released a couple months ago but I've been delaying the swatches. Shame on me. Here they are.

I have another UV Color to show you! This time is Mollon #70 Vert Eau, from the 'Coleur de La Mode Pastel 2013' Collection! As I have already told you, this polishes are cured under UV light for 2 mins and are easily removed with the foil technique. You can see the color guide and all the HOW TO instructions here.

Como já vos disse estes vernizes gel são curados sob luz UV por 2 minutos e removidos com a técnica de papel de alumínio/prata. As unha mantêm-se saudáveis e sem qualquer dano.  Podem ver instruções completas de aplicação e remoção aqui.

Yes Love Speckled Collection - Swatches & Review

Morning Everyone!

I don't usually use Yes Love polishes, or swatch them (even tho I am now aware that their quality has become better and better over the last months). Anyway.. I could not let this collection go unswatched here! (This collection my recall you of Illamasqua Collection). 
So here they are!
Normalmente não tenho muitos yes love por aqui pelo blog, nem é costume usar (apesar de saber de fontes muito seguras (Miminhos) que a qualidade está a melhorar de colecção para colecção, ao longo dos últimos meses. De qualquer modo não podia deixar de fazer aqui os swatches desta lindíssima colecção (que vos pode lembrar a Illamasqua Collection Speckled ).

Overal Characteristics

Price/Preço - 1€ /each
Coats - 2-3 (except gray that had to be layered)
Drying time /Tempo de secagem - 5-10 mins

Formula -Good Pigmentation (except for grey) / Boa Pigmentação excepto o cinzento que teve quer ser aplicado sobre outra cor.

Glitter  - Good quantity, spreads nice and evenly on the nail! / Boa qualidade e quantidade. Espalha-se facilmente e de modo homogéneo.

Today I have another Gorgeous LCN nail polish to show you. This polish is a part of the LCN Sol Hand Care set. I'll review you the remaining set in a couple weeks as they are hand creams and I like to try them for at least one month. I can tell you that I'm loving it so far!

About the polish:
Sobre o verniz:

This is another mint green polish, this time from Models Own, a British brand very popular in UK. Rachel, from PolishedCriminails is my official UK dealer so she was the one that sent me this precious. The polish has a high pigmented formula and almost covers the nail in one brush stroke. The brush is super smooth and this polish lasted for around 3-4 days. All the shine is from the polish as not top coat was used for this pictures.

All pictures were taken without flash unless stated otherwise. 

Este lindo verde mentol é da Models Own, um marca Inglesa  bastante popular por terras de sua magestade!!
A Rachel, do PolishedCriminails é a minha forncedora oficial da marca, tendo sido ela quem me enviou este menino!

Este verniz tem um tom lindissimo de verde mentol ( que eu amooo) com um acabamento cremoso lindissimo. Tem um brilho natural, todas as fotos foram tiradas sem top coat. A fórmula é bastante pigmentada e cobre a unha em 1 camada, sendo que optei pela 2ª da praxe para uniformizar o acabamento. O pincél é bastante macio e a aplicação muito rapida e fácil. Durou cerca de 3-4 dias.

Todas as fotos foram tiradas sem flash excepto quando mencionado.

Sobre a Nailart:

This was my very first experiment with acrylic paints. I did a simple flower design using black and white.  The blue inside the flower was done using Essence Color3! City that never sleeps ( blue flakes) over white.

Esta foi a minha experiência com desenhos em acrílico. Usei tintas preta e branca para fazer desenhos simples de flores. O tom azul nas flores foi feito aplicando o essence color3! 'city that never sleeps' ( verniz flocado azul) sobre branco.

Sobre o verniz:

This is one of the Gosh polishes I received to test and I do believe it is my very favorite one! This one has my passion color, the mint green! I've fallen in love for this color a couple months ago and I can't seem to get enough of it !

This polish has a great formula and 1/2 coats are enough to cover the  nail. The brush is thin but very long and smooth and the application is very easy. It has a  medium thick consistency  making it easy to apply the polish without   staining the cuticles.  Lasted 2-3 days in perfect condition before I took it off. Drying time is pretty quick around 2min.

Este é um dos Gosh que recebi para testar. Creio que, de todos, é o meu favorito pois aquela cor pela qual me apaixonei já há muito tempo... um verde mentol lindíssimo do qual não me farto!!

O verniz tem uma óptima fórmula que cobre a unha com uma camada e atinge a perfeição à segunda camada. O pincel é fino mas comprido e macio e aplicação torna-se simples sem que o verniz escorra para a cuticula. Durou cerca de 2-3 dias em perfeitas condições até que mudei de manicure. O tempo de secagem é optimo, cerca de 2minutos.

Mint Green [Wet n Wild]

Today I'm showing you this gorgeous mint green polish that Cristina from Clockwisenailpolish blog gave e for my birthday!

About the polish:
Sobre o verniz:

This is a gorgeous mint green polish from my mint green nail polish collection (here). This polish has an amazing wide brush and a very consistent formula. Its pretty thick but very easy to work with. I applied two coats for full opacity. Drying time is pretty good, 2-3min without topcoat. On my Ring finger I applied Layla Holo Effect 06 Mermaid Spell - 2 coats. All pictures bellow are with top coat (Purple Super Dry).

Este verniz é mais um lindo verde mentol da minha modesta colecção de verdes mentol (aqui). A formula deste menino é bastante consistente e grossa mas é bastante fácil de aplicar. Duas camadas para opacidade total. O tempo de secagem é médio alto, 2-3minutos sem topcoat. No dedo anelar apliquei o Layla Hologram Effect 06 Mermaid Spell  ( 2 camadas). Todas as fotos abaixo têm top coat já aplicado ( Purple Super Dry).

Pastels and Stripes [Peggy Sage]

Now to the polish!

This is an experiment I did last week with a mint green from Peggy Sage from the Expocosmétics Haul ! 

I went and draw a couple of stripes, first in one nail. 

Esta foi uma experiência que fiz a semana passada com um verde mentol da Peggy Sage que veio da Expocosmética!

Inicialmente optei por só desenhar umas linhas verticais numa unha apenas.

 I stamped it with m79 (from Bornprettystore).

Estampei com a m79 (da BornprettyShop)

 Stripes with/ Riscas com:  Cliché Maldivas

I then stamped the remaining nail.

Same procedure in all nails! Here is the outcome!

Acabei por estampar e fazer o mesmo em todas as unhas!

Eis o resultado!
