A couple weeks ago Orly Portugal sent me an Orly Smart Gel Starters Kit. I have shown you its contents here and this past Valentines day I have used it for a "hearty" manicure here.

As promised, here is the starters kit by Orly. This is Orly Smart Gel starters Kit. In the Gel Polish Line, Orly has two different sub-lines. The Orly Smart Gels line is destined to the general public that want to do their nails at home. Orly FX is a line of Gel Polish for professionals.
