Hello there! I'm pretty sure that 99% of you have already read the famous discussion about What Colour is the dress by now... this raised a serious secondary and nail related question! What it we are painting our nails wrong!!  ahahah We are rocking a blue and black nailart and some people see it white and gold!

Cucu pessoal! Acho que por agora já 99% da população ouviu falar do #VESTIDO! A discussão continua acesa apesar de já existirem explicações. Todo o dilema de que cor é o vestido realmente levantou uma questão sobre unhas e nailart. Ora se o vestido é preto e azul e há quem veja o vestido branco e dourado... e se nós pintarmos mal as unhas?
Estamos a pensar que temos uma mani super fashion preta e azul e afinal é fofinha branca e dourada! ahahah acho que só não acontece porque temos os vernizes com nomes e números e as descrições de cor da marca.... mas... e se tiverem todos mal?? =D

Long story short.. a girl posted in twitter a question to resolve a family discussion! Some family members were saying the dress was gold and white, others were telling her the dress was black and blue!

She posted it on twitter and it became viral and it is actually everywhere on the internet and in some tv newschanels too!

Basicamente a história é a seguinte: uma rapariga postou no twitter uma pergunta do genero ' De que cor é o vestido?.." porque aparentemente lá em casa havia quem  lhe dissesse que era azul e preto e quem jurasse que era branco e dourado! Pouco tempo depois o post e o assuntor tornaram-se virais! Já há historias sobre o vestido preto por todo o lado e ainda há uns minutos passou na TVI24.. aposto que a Julia.. e o JoãoBaião e companhia vão seguir o tema.. LOL

I love the corset filled with rhinestones so I matched it with this blue nails also super blingy! Onto the funny and very fresh long purple dress! This is a super juvial dress but still worthy of a very elegant cocktail! Super apropriate for young girls on their first new years eve party! I always end up chosing the ones with cute upper parts! I matched this one with a purple princess nailart manicure filled with pink, purple and clear rhinestones!

I love the dress so much that I matched it with a simple nail polish! I chose chasing cars, by crazy polish lady, a Portuguese Indie Nail Polish brand! The dress has a simple body shaped cut and the fabric is similar to black velvet. Yet again, the top part of the dress is stunning, don't you think?

Fashion November - Wedding Dresses Brisbane #4

Hello lovelies! How are you? As promised, this will be the 4th and last Fashion November post and to end the circle this post will have 3 more gorgeous wedding dresses paired with nail polishes! The main theme will be wedding dresses brisbane ( http://www.pickeddress.com/ ) ! I hope you like my choices! Lets see!

My first choice is called Trumpet/Mermaid Strapless Sweep Train Appliques Tulle Wedding Dresses. This stunning dress has gorgeous embellishments and fine embroidery and costs less than 300€. It is without a doubt a fairy tale dress. I love the bustier, it's just so sexy and princess-like at the same time. For this particular wedding dress I chose a nude holographic nail polish by color club called Cherubic. 

My 2nd favorite is Trumpet/Mermaid Sweetheart Sweep Train Buttons Satin Wedding Dresses and it's almost impossible to believe that it costs less than 150€. It is one of the simplest yet most elegant wedding dresses I have ever see. It is worth ever cent and I loved pairing it with this nude shade of pale by Mollon Pro called Anilla Dreams.

The 3rd dress I am choosing today is a stunning dress! It is so beautiful from all angles that I am showing you several pictures of this wedding dress. Front, back and detailed bustier! The embroidery work is beyond gorgeous! I am in love with the bustier and the whole dress design. This is, in my mind, the perfect Disney's princess dress! I paired this dress with one of my top favorite nail polishes by OPI Haven't the Foggiest is a gorgeous foil silver from the San Francisco Collection and looks amazing with the embroidery details on the bustier.

Fashion November - bridesmaid dresses australia #3

Hello lovelies ! How are you today? Like I promised you last week we are continuing with Fashion November . After the regular wedding dresses and the plus sized wedding dresses ( all from http://www.pickeddress.com/) I'm showing you bridesmaid dresses and the matching nails! bridesmaid deserve the spotlight too right ? 

Lets start with a classic ( but gorgeous) red dress, shall we? This one is called A-line Strapless Knee-length Pleats Taffeta bridesmaid Dresses and is less than 100€. This dress a beautiful taffeta fabric that looks like a shifter red nail polish. I love how the bottom looks like and how i can see it move! *_* The dress is knee high and very suiting for an afternoon wedding. I choose to match it with a red gel polish by Orly. The combo is beautiful! 

My next choice was this long gown gorgeous, perfect for a long roll of bridesmaid in a late night party after an afternoon wedding. Its just so chique and the color is so beautiful. The dress is called A-line Strapless Floor-length Ruched Elastic Woven Satin Bridesmaid Dresses and It is like a princess dress! Great outfit to weat at our best friend's wedding or a chique party, don't you think? I chose to pair it up with this gorgeous purple nail polish from Mollon Pro that belongs to the 'From Paris to Your Nails' collection. They match perfectly! 

Last but not the least I chose another beautiful, elegant, chique and very sober knee high dress. The dress has a dark green shade and a matte finish except for the underskirt and the belt that are made of soft and slighly shiny satin. The dress is called A-line Strapless Knee-length Sashes/Ribbons Chiffon Bridesmaid Dresses and I find it perfect for winter parties! It just has a cold weather vibe to it, don't you think? I chose to pair this dress with a very shiny polish, Purple Professional Emerald from the precious stones collection.

Fashion November - Nail Polishes for Plus Sized Wedding Dresses #2 pickeddress

Like I promised here is the 2nd part of Fashion November and this is a special post dedicated to Plus Sized Dresses. Since I started with one website (http://www.pickeddress.com/) on the previews post, I'll stick with the same site and the same post model!

However I am going to go bold all the way and instead of pairing this gorgeous plus sized wedding dresses I am going to add bold and colorful manicures to go on with this pure white dresses! I hope you enjoy reading this post as much as I know I will enjoy writing it!

My very favorite dress is Ball Gown Strapless Floor-length Embroidery Satin Wedding Dresses and it goes from size 2 to W24! How cool? The dress has a huge discount and ends up for less than 400 bucks. ow the dress is stunning! It has silver embroidery and it looks like it just popped up from a Disney Movie! I love it ! To match I chose a silver nail polish with a sand finish that will look perfect with the Embroidery. The Nail polish is by kinetics and is called Bali Escape by Leather and Sand collection.

Another gorgeous plus sized dress is this one called Ball Gown Sweetheart Sweep Train Beading Chiffon Satin Wedding Dresses and this is another fairy tale dress. It is also available in sizes until 24W and the satin waist band has several colors to chose from. As this is such a beautiful dress full of chiffon and satin I chose a gorgeous shimmery nail polish to go with it. I guess I never thougjt about Orly Ingenue to be a brides nail polish but it is perfect in all ways. The polish has a pink shimmer effect and even tho its beautiful it is also elegant.

The last but not the least I'm shoing you the top fairy tale dress, Disney wedding dress, fantastic fantasy dress that I found on pickedress website! This is just stunning! Its featery or something. The website calls it A-line Off-the-shoulder Court Train Beading Tulle Satin Wedding Dresses but I would call it Once Upon a Time There was a Happy Ending Wedding dress! LOL This is a medium prices dress but it is so fantastic and has such an amazing discount price that one just feels like jumping inside it! again this dress is available in sizes up until 24W!
I decided to match this fairy tale dress to a fairy tale nail polish and my choice was Purple Professional Crystal, from Precious Stones collection, a silver holographic nail polish. Perfect right?

BLACK FRIDAY is coming! I'm getting ready at Tidestore, and you?

Hi lovelies! How are you? Every single year Black Friday is this huge thing that gets prime time in every news channel! Why? All stores go amazing sales and Tidestore is no exception! For information purposes I will show you 3 different kinds of jackets, a funny one, one chique and one casual and I will pair them with other beauty items!

Lets see! The first one is the funny/casual one and it is a personal favorite! Casual Go Out Time

I figured I could match it with a cool and sassy nail polish! I chose this one from Mollon Pro. It's no secret I love the brand and this is one of my favorite shades. 

Professional Outfit - Chique and Elegant Ocasions

For the chique coat/jacket I had so many options... after a lot of debate with myself I ended up chosing this one in a earthly tone and a very elegant cut. It is called  Slim Korean Woolen Winter Trench Coat (you can see it here http://www.tidestore.com/product/Slim-Korean-Woolen-Winter-Trench-Coat-11064945.html )  and it basically a earthly brown trench winter coat with a fit cut! rsrs. There are other colors available (and the price... jez..). I paired it up with 2 colors from Catherine Nails Nudes Collection that go on with it like a peach! Its a very smart and professional choice! What do you think?

Fashion November - Nail Polishes for Wedding Dresses #1 pickeddress

I guess November is going to be a fashion month! Since it is the last month before Christmas  lets go crazy and show you some posts about clothes,  fashion and nails ! 

A couple months ago I had a wedding, it wasn't a big family thing but it got me thinking about the amount of money spent of wedding dresses !

If it was for me or a big event I might have enlarged the budget but since it was not the case I went online and searched for cheap wedding dresses ! I ended up finding a website with actual brides dresses that looked amazing and weren't expensive! I was wowed! I then proceeded to save the pictures to match the dresses with some nail polishes ideas! Lets see!


The first dress that caught my attention was this one called - A-line Sweetheart Sweep Train Beading Tulle Satin Wedding Dresses  and it is on sale for less than 300$. The cut top is gorgeous and I love how delicate it seems! I thought about Purple Professional  Adorable almost immediately! Don't you think it goes perfectly?

My other top pick was Sheath/Column Strapless Chapel Train Beading Lace Satin Wedding Dresses and I thought that the lace satin was so elegant that it had to be paired with a simple white polish. I chose Just Married ( a fitting name too) by Kinetics nails.

The 3rd one is the simplest dress I could find and also the cheapest, less than 160 bucks. It's still very pretty and elegant but discrete and sexy at the same time. I chose a less plain nail polish to go with it and I went for a costume made nail polish made by my friend Anita. The dress itself is called Sheath/Column V-neck Short/Mini Sequins Lace Satin Wedding Dresses.

The last but not the least pretty dress I'm showing you is a cheap wedding dress  that still retains the fairy tale spirit. This is a gorrrgeous dress that has this beautiful back and that is the one I'm showing you! The dress is called  Princess Sweetheart Knee-length Draped Lace Satin Wedding Dresses and I am pairing it with this Mollon Pro hybrid shine color in pearly white.

Even though proms are not as popular here in Portugal as they are in other countries, I know that a great deal of my loyal readers ( thank you !!) are from countries where Proms are a huge event in a teenager's life! As is usual, when I'm browsing the web for the new products to show you, I sometimes find great websites with different things that I know you might enjoy.
This time I found a website called UK Dresses ( 1dress.co.uk ) that is specialized in Prom Dresses and Wedding Dresses and I thought I should show you some Prom Dresses and some nail art and nail polish ideas to match the dresses! What do you think?

Everything that a girl wants to have is a sexy prom dresses and a perfect night. When I had my prom, I had my dress  costume-made, I had no idea of sites like UK Dresses that have great dresses at a very reasonable price. The most important thing, in a prom dress, for me, is to make the girl feel special, a princess. When I was going through the website I remembered I had a silk purple long dress with matching purple and black nails. I thought I should show you some dresses and matching nails!

There is some much to choose from in this website! When I first started searching I went right to the Long Prom Dresses UK page as they are classic, elegant and always gorgeous! There are literally one dress to every girl and one dress to make them feel special. This blue one caught my heart as it made me remember of OPI Keeping Suzy at Bay!

At my last suggestion for you girls is the cuttest one in the website! Pearl Pink Prom Dresses  are perfect for the more romantic ones, I considered this shade too, then opted for the purple. I loved matching this dress with Purple Professional It's Still Love.
