I'm so happy to be back with another Indie Brand !
Today I'm presenting you Ashley, the maker of Forever Polished !

For those who don't know what I am talking about (Follow me through Facebook to know a lot more!) I am making an Indie Guide A-Z! This will be a huge project and a enormous pleasure to do! So .. what am I going to do? Everyday, I'm going to show you a different brand of Indie Nail Polishes (and some of their major stockists too!! )

Your Name: Ashley Martinez

Brand Name: Forever Polished (First know as Ashley's Polish)

Where are you from? I live in Las Vegas, Nv.

When have you started? I Started the shop in Aug. 2012

Is there  a story behind the name of your brand? Well I wanted to keep the name close to me at first. So it was named Ashley's Polish. After Myself. I started to think that it wasn't catchy.. So one night I couldn't sleep and just keep thinking of names. I settled on Forever Polished because as a girl who loves everything girly I remembered it being referred to as being Polished, Always having your nail done and hair did. lol So It became and always will be Forever Polished.

How many polishes/collections have you created? I have 2 official collections. Holographic Collection & The Forever Magic Collection. Another one in the making :). For how many polish I have come up with I would say around 30. Some made the cut, some didn't.

   

Is there a special polish/collection? Why? My favorite polish would have to be Sea Monster, because it was one of the first polish that caught on with my costumers. Also because it just has the best color combo.

  

Where you a polish addicted before starting making polishes? I was. It wasn't a crazy collection but I was someone who did there nails daily. Now its in the 500's still small but growing.

Did you have a blog before making polishes or have you started one after? No blog :( I have thought about have one but with running a shop and two kids I don't want to forget about it lol.

Whats your favorite thing about making polishes? I love just being taken away in to my glitter world. lol. Just being able to come up with ideas from reading a book or watching a show is so cool. Color is everywhere, just have to figure out what to make of it. :)

Can you tell us a curious thing that has happened to you with some client or something funny? I have once forgotten to put any label's on the bottle.  I called that my naked order. Oops.

Is there anything you'd Like to share: Thank you for involving me in this!! I am glad people enjoy my polish. Can't wait to bring more polish babies in to this nail world. :D
