The base color is Orly Smoked Out. The polish is so so so pretty that I can't even tell you how much I love it! Orly Smoked Out belongs to the Smokey 2014 collection for Fall/Winter. The formula has a medium consistency but high pigmentation. It polish is saturated with green, blue and golden shimmer in a blueish-green base color. I applied 3 THIN coats for the base of this manicure. The polish dried quite fast but matte. After applying a coat of top coat I moved on to the nailart items listed below.
A cor base desta mani é o Orly Smoked Out. Este lindérrimo Orly pertence à colecção Smoked, by Orly, para a estação de Outono Inverno 2014! A fórmula do smoked out tem uma consistência média mas uma pigmentação e concentração de shimmer elevadíssimas. A fórmula do Orly Smoked Out está saturada com shimmer muito fino em tons de verde, azul e dourado sobre uma base verde azulada. Apliquei 3 camadas muito finas para este acabamento. O verniz Smoked Out seca rapidamente mas com um acabamento matte sendo que após uma camada de top coat fica com um brilho maravilhoso.
