For those who don't know what I am talking about (Follow me through Facebook to know a lot more!) I am making an Indie Guide A-Z!
This will be a huge project and a enormous pleasure to do! So .. what am I going to do? Everyday, I'm going to show you a different brand of Indie Nail Polishes (and some of their major stockists too!! )
Para quem não sabe do que eu estou a falar ( basta seguirem-me também no Facebook para saberem as novidades em primeira mão ) estou a fazer um Guia de Vernizes Indie.
Este é um projecto enorme e muito trabalhoso que tenho imenso prazer de partilhar convosco!
Então, o que é que vou fazer? Todos os dias, vou-vos mostrar uma marca diferente de vernizes indies com entrevistas com as meninas ( e meninos) que os fazem! Além disso, tambem vos vou trazer entrevistas com as maiores lojas onde eles se vendem!

Where you a polish addicted before starting making polishes? Yes, I had over 100 polishes before I started making polishes.
My first polishes as a child were cute little glitter polishes from Sanrio. I blame them, many other addictions have resulted from that store. Also my best friend who got me to love OPI, then I started following blogs and my collection just continued expanding. LOL. I am sure many of you understand.
Did you have a blog before making polishes or have you started one after?
I had a jewelry blog before and then I closed that one, I started a nail polish blog for my brand so fans could follow the polishes as they are created.
Whats your favorite thing about making polishes? I love seeing them become a color while you create it, you never really know what the final product will look like since I use so many ingredients and pigments. Then I wait to see what amazing bloggers and fans have done with my polishes and I feel so proud and amazed by everyone's talent.

Can you tell us a curious thing that has happened to you with some client or something funny? I usually surprise myself when making customs. For the most part, I have felt like there were colors that were impossible to create, then I end up keeping it in my regular line. I love that I have mimicked a gorgeous piece of pottery.

This is a gorgeous gorgeous sexy red glitter polish. It is composed of a mix of Red, Silver, Green and orange fine and small glitter. The red glitter is a bit bigger than the other color.
O Alessandra é um lindíssimo e sexy verniz de acabamento glitter vermelho. É composto por uma mistura de pequenos glitters prateados, vermelhos, laranja e verde sendo que a cor predominante é o vermelho além de que os glitters vermelhos são ligeiramente maiores que os outros.

Overall it has a fast drying time, around 5-6 min with 4 coats. Easy to apply, smooth brush. I loved wearing it.
Em resumo, o verniz tem um tempo de secagem bastante rápido, à volta de 6minutos para 4 camadas. Fácil de aplicar, pincel macio. Adorei usa-lo!
Jasmine
This is another gorgeous shade from Shimmer Polish. It is called Jasmine but to me it seems like a mermaids tail, Ariel's tale. Am I right or what! I was absolutely in love with this one!
It is a mixture of mint green, blue, gold and a small proportion of red and green. This one has the bigger glitters in golden. The most of the glitter is mint green tho and that is the predominant color.
Application is quite easy and drying time is quite good. Around 5mins for 3 coats.
Eis mais um lindíssimo tom da Shimmer Polish. Este chama-se Jasmine mas realmente faz-me lembrar uma cauda de sereia, a da Ariel..
É uma mistura de glitters verdes mentol com algum azul e dourado. Em menos proporção existem ainda alguns glitters vermelhos e verdes. Os glitters de maiores dimensões são os dourados apesar do verde estar em maior quanidade conferindo assim o tom predominante do verniz.
A aplicação é bastante simples e o tempo de secagem relativamente rápido. Cerca de 5 minutos para 3 camadas.
Mary
Another amazing shade. This time a gorgeous shade of pink. The formula is composed with very fine pink micro glitter. The remaining glitter has two more sizes. The bigger ones are black and holographic. The black one is in a bigger quantity than the holo one. The smaller glitter are blue, red and again holographic.
Once again, application is quite easy and a medium drying time. 3 coats for full opacity. Smooth brush. Loved it! My favorite after Jasmine!
Mais uma cor fantástica da Shimmer Polish. Desta vez um tom lindíssimo de rosa. É composto por um glitter muito fino cor de rosa e glitters de mais dois tamanhos. O Glitter maior está presente em dois tons, preto (em maior quantidade) e holográfico em menor quantidade. O glitter mais pequeno é composto por tons de vermelho, azul e holográfico novamente.
Mais uma vez a aplicação foi muito simples, o pincél é macio e o tempo de secagem relativamente normal. 5min para trÊs camadas.
Last but not the least I have Kelly to show you. This one a is beautiful grass green. This one is filled with gold and green glitter and some small holographic glitter. Easy to apply, spreads nicely and dries fast.
In the pictures bellow I applied it over Jade from Models Own and in the ring finger I applied it alone. 3 Coats for full opacity. Fast drying time, also around 5mins.
Por último trago-vos o Shimmer Kelly! Um lindíssimo glitter verde relva! Este é composto por pequenos glitters verdes e dourados e alguns holográficos. Muito fácil de aplicar, pincel macio e seca bastante rápido.
Nas fotos abaixo podem ver o Kelly aplicado sobre o Jade da Models Own (2 camadas) excepto no dedo anelar onde foi aplicado sozinho (4 camadas).
