    cool, i think is something you can wear by itself, while the 3 one It can look good with a red nail polish, if is also made in a clear base like the black one.

    Any thick top coat should do. Usually Seche Vite alone works. You can try also Gelous+Seche Vite or Glitter Food+Seche V
